ICC and CIArb Thailand has organized this special training course for individuals and organizations involved in international mediation. This course is facilitated by international mediation professionals from Australia, France, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Thailand.
Through this training, participants with the opportunity to access training at an international level. The training program, which meets international standards, prepares lawyers, parties and mediators to practice both domestically and internationally, working with companies and organizations at home and around the world.
Participants will gain a better understanding of employing negotiation skills in the mediation, mediation trends since the entering into force of the Singapore Convention on Mediation in 2020, the interplay of mediation and arbitration, mediation advocacy, the ICC Mediation Rules and their use in construction disputers, and mediation of multiparty disputes (such as those between joint venture parties).
